MAD.

i was just reading through abt the exercise regime and diet of some hot ppl. and its MADNESS i tell you!

things like... 200 crunches a day. WTH? 200? WTH? or things like... 'i jog frm my hse to ECP (30 min) then jog for 1 hr there and jog back'. like ARE THEY MAD??

or hoollaahoooppinggg for 30 min infront of the tv. MAD. 30 min leh! think its short? u try loh. MADNESS.

and the diet part is REALLY SCARY. they say they LIKEEEEEEE veg and fruits. and sentences like 'i dont like oily and fried stuff'. OMGOMGOMG. sentences like 'i eat fruits 30 min before eating meals so i can decrease my intake'. MADDD!! TOO HARDCORE ALREADY LAH. to such an extent?!?!

oh oh... the best one... 'my fav snack is celery sticks with salsa sauce'. WAT THE CRAP!?!?!? CELERY STICKS?!?!! SALSA SAUCE?!?! COME ON!!!

and not to mention i dont think i will jog twice a week this week. i just dont see it happening. theres all the different timings and locations that im planning. but i dont think i'll actually drag myself to do it.

unless i go jogging at 7am lah. thats quite nice ya? come to think of it, i havent woke up at such wee hours in ages! the last time i woke up before the sun came out was... for my bike TP. then after that it was earliest 8 - 9am ard that.

OKOK. i will TRY setting my one alarm at 7am either for tml or wed. TRY. and you know why i say one? coz now i have 3 alarm clocks right next to my bed. yea and its still not enuff. i was almost late today! woke up at 8.55 la!! OMG. made it to sch to clock in at 9.10. am i good or what? ok la maybe not 8.55. coz my clocks are all 5 - 10 min fast.

but u get the idea.
